Our team started building in South West London in 2009. Since then we have completed more than 2,000 projects, and 92% of our work still comes from recommendations: clients who told friends, neighbours and colleagues about us, and clients who came back for their next project.
In 2026 we became Building Spaces Construction Ltd: a new company built on the same people, the same standards and the same local knowledge.

Our team
Our core team has worked together for years. Every project has a dedicated project lead, backed by our own carpenters, bricklayers and finishers, plus specialist basement crews, electricians, plumbers and structural engineers we know and trust.
