A good project depends on what happens before the first spade goes in. This is how we take you from an idea to a finished home.
- 01Free consultation. Our team visits your home, listens to what you want and gives honest early advice about what is possible.
- 02Design. We work with your architect, or introduce one, to develop drawings and engineering.
- 03Approvals. We help with planning applications, lawful development certificates, party wall notices and Building Control.
- 04Itemised quotation. You get a detailed quotation that shows where the money goes. We avoid vague provisional sums wherever we can.
- 05Programme and contract. A clear start date, a realistic programme and a written contract based on the JCT Homeowner contract.
- 06Build. A tidy, safe and secure site. Your project lead is your single point of contact, with regular updates and photos.
- 07Changes. If you change your mind, you will get the cost and the effect on the programme in writing before the work goes ahead.
- 08Handover. A final walk-round together, snagging, completion certificates and your 10-year workmanship warranty.
- 09Aftercare. If anything needs attention after you move back in, call us directly.
