10-year workmanship warranty
Every project we complete carries a 10-year workmanship warranty. If something we built fails because of our workmanship within ten years, we will put it right. The warranty is insurance backed through the IWA, so your cover continues even if we stop trading.
CHAS accredited
CHAS is a UK health and safety assessment scheme for contractors. Our accreditation shows we meet recognised standards for health and safety on site.
Delta registered installer
Delta Membrane Systems is one of the UK's leading suppliers of basement waterproofing. As a registered installer, our team is trained and assessed to fit Delta cavity drain membranes and tanking systems correctly, which matters for the long-term guarantee on your basement.
IWA: Independent Warranty Association
We are registered with the Independent Warranty Association. The IWA provides insurance-backed guarantees, which protect your warranty even if a contractor stops trading. Together with our 10-year workmanship warranty, it gives you long-term peace of mind.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance of £5 million and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
