"From the first visit to handover, the team was organised, tidy and honest about costs. Our basement is beautifully finished and completely dry, and our neighbours were kept informed throughout."

Full renovations of Victorian, Edwardian and modern homes, finished to the standard you would expect from a specialist.
We only take on high-end refurbishments: whole-house projects with a premium specification, where the quality of the finish matters as much as the structure. We do not take on budget makeovers, single-room jobs or quick cosmetic updates. That focus is how we keep standards high and give every home the attention it deserves.
A full refurbishment brings a whole home up to date in one project. It usually covers structural changes, new wiring and plumbing, heating, insulation, kitchens and bathrooms, plastering, joinery, flooring and decoration. Doing everything together costs less and causes less disruption than doing it room by room over several years.

Much of South West London is Victorian and Edwardian terraces. These houses are full of character, but they also bring uneven walls, old lime plaster, shallow foundations and decades of past repairs. We have worked on them since 2009. We know when to restore and when to replace, and we make modern comforts sit quietly inside a period house.
Typical duration: 16 to 26 weeks for a full refurbishment of a three to four bedroom terraced house.

| Disruption | Concentrated into one period | Spread over years |
| Wiring and plumbing | Done once, properly | Often patched |
| Finish | Consistent throughout | Can look pieced together |
| Living at home | Sometimes means moving out | Usually possible |

Sometimes. On some projects we can phase the work so you keep a working kitchen and bathroom. For a full strip-out, moving out for part of the project is usually quicker and cheaper overall.
Internal work rarely needs planning permission, unless the house is listed. Structural work, rewiring and new bathrooms do need Building Regulations approval, which we handle. Some external changes in conservation areas also need permission.
Yes. We repair or recreate cornicing, ceiling roses, sash windows, fireplaces and timber floors.
We can supply and fit them, or install ones you have chosen from your own supplier.
An itemised quotation, agreed decisions on finishes before work starts, and a clear process for any changes. You will always know the cost of a change before it goes ahead.

"We stripped our Victorian terrace back to the brick and the team handled everything: steelwork, rewiring, joinery, the lot. They restored the original cornicing and the house has never looked better."
James, Clapham SW4 · Full refurbishment
"Our side return extension finished on schedule and the steel-framed doors are stunning. Every change we asked for was priced up front, so there were no surprises at the end."
